Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

However, if the item:

  • Arrives damaged during transit;
  • Is defective;
  • Is incorrect; or
  • Has any quality-related issue caused by us,

then Glenmore will cover the return shipping costs and provide an appropriate resolution.

Damages and Issues

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item. Once the return has been approved and processed, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must be:

Refunds
